The iPhone 16 Pro Max Looks Absolutely Huge.
We’ve long suspected that the iPhone 16 series will tear up the rulebook when it comes to iPhone screen sizes, and the latest set of leaked iPhone 16 case dummies shows how these rumored size changes could manifest in reality.
Shared by Apple tipster Sonny Dickson (via PhoneArena), a new iPhone 16 dummy unit picture displays all four rumored iPhone 16 models – that’s the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max – side-by-side, in descending order of premium-ness.
iPhone 16 Pro Max: A Giant Among Phones
As you can see below, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is listed as being the largest phone of the lot, measuring a whopping 6.9 inches (up from last year’s 6.7-inch size). This massive display promises an immersive experience for media consumption, gaming, and productivity.
iPhone 16 Pro: A Size Bump
The iPhone 16 Pro also gets a size bump, going from 6.1 inches to 6.3 inches. This increase provides more screen real estate for multitasking, app usage, and creative work.
iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus: Staying Put
The standard iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are listed as remaining at 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, respectively. These sizes align with previous rumors we’ve heard about the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus screen dimensions.
Vertical Camera Arrangement
These new iPhone 16 dummy units also corroborate the rumor that the cameras on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will be arranged vertically, departing from the diagonal arrangement seen on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. But why the change?

Spatial Video and Camera Design
One theory is that Apple aims to enhance spatial video capabilities. While the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max can capture spatial video (3D-style content viewable on the Apple Vision Pro headset), the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus lack this feature. By adding vertically-arranged camera lenses to the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, Apple could open up the spatial video format to a larger audience, potentially boosting sales of the Apple Vision Pro headset.
Unchanged Camera Arrangement for Pro Models
The cameras on the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are expected to retain their current arrangement. However, the increased screen size of both models will reportedly allow for an ultrawide camera upgrade on the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, along with an optical zoom range boost for the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Take It with a Pinch of Salt
Keep in mind that dummy units, despite being used by case makers to ensure their cases fit upcoming phones, are not always 100% accurate. However, these latest dummies align with other leaked iPhone 16 models we’ve already seen, so we’re quietly confident that we know what to expect from the iPhone 16 and its siblings.
Stay tuned for more updates as we eagerly await the official unveiling of the iPhone 16 series!

ChatGPT’s Google Search Rival Set to Launch ! – Can SearchGPT Break Google’s Dominance?
A New Era for the Internet? ChatGPT’s Google search rival, SearchGPT, is anticipated to make its debut by the end of this year, marking a significant advancement in OpenAI’s chatbot technology. According to the Press Gazette, Varun Shetty, OpenAI’s head of media, confirmed at a Brussels conference that SearchGPT is expected to be integrated into ChatGPT by year-end. SearchGPT, OpenAI’s AI-driven search engine, is designed to provide quick answers without the need to visit other websites. Users can simply ask, “Did the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Miami Dolphins last night? And if so, who scored?” and get a complete summary of the results. Currently, SearchGPT is in the testing phase, and early reports of its performance have been mixed. The Washington Post’s hands-on review in September highlighted that Google’s AI competitor still requires improvements. Shetty’s announcement that SearchGPT will be available before the end of 2024 indicates that OpenAI has made strides in its development, bringing it closer to competitors like Perplexity and Arc Search. War of the Search Engines The introduction of OpenAI’s search engine could be pivotal in both AI development and the competition for search engine supremacy. Google has long held an unrivaled position, but OpenAI’s advancements could pose a significant challenge. Unlike traditional search engines, SearchGPT responds to queries in natural language and provides sources for its answers, allowing users to easily access full articles. Shetty mentioned, “This is the core experience we’re building. It’s about finding the right balance between users and publishers.” Currently, ChatGPT provides answers without citing sources. The launch of SearchGPT aims to address this concern by enabling users to read original content rather than just receiving brief AI-generated summaries. Using AI on my iPhone 16 Pro Max for web searches with Arc Search has been impressive, but OpenAI’s entry into this arena could be a game-changer. Time will reveal if SearchGPT can truly compete with Google to become the preferred search engine for internet users. End of Article There you go! Now, it’s all revamped and ready to catch the eye. 🎉 Related Posts
